Marketing Operations Manager

**Location:** Ontario, CA (In\-person 3 days/week \+ remote 2 days/week) **Starting Pay:** **$1,200 per week** ($62,400/yr) **Schedule:** Full\-time **Company:** Refuge Memorial – A modern, fast\-growing funeral planning \& insurance agency **About the Role** We are looking for a **results\-driven Marketing Operations Manager** who is highly skilled in **GoHighLevel CRM**, **Zapier Automations**, and **Meta advertising**. You will be the engine behind our digital marketing systems — building and managing ad campaigns, automations, and making the entire lead flow smoother and more efficient for our sales team. This is a hybrid position: **in\-office 3 days a week** for collaboration, content days, and team meetings — and **work from home the remaining days.** If you love marketing, and creating systems that scale, you’ll thrive here. **What You’ll Be Doing:** **Meta Ads** * Build, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns * Test creative, audiences, and placement variations * Pixel setup, event tracking \& reporting * Creating new ads regularly **CRM Automations \& Operations (GoHighLevel)** * Build and manage automated workflows * Connecting new accounts * Fix lead routing issues and improve pipeline flow * Maintain dashboards, reporting, and tracking **Automations \& Tracking** * Connecting automation and funnels with Zapier * Install tracking pixels, events, and conversion API * Run A/B tests and measure performance **General Marketing Ops** * Creating and managing ads * Publish updates, ads, and campaigns quickly * Improve workflows to help agents work more efficiently * Bring new ideas, innovations, and automation opportunities **Requirements** * 1–3\+ years experience with **GoHighLevel** or similar CRM * Experience building **automations and workflows** * Strong knowledge of **Meta ads**, pixels, audiences, retargeting * Basic design ability for ads * Familiar with Zapier integrations * Tech\-savvy and systems\-oriented * Strong problem\-solver and fast learner * Works well independently **What We Offer** * **$1,200 weekly starting pay** * **Clear growth path** into higher pay, leadership, and full marketing team management * Hybrid schedule: **3 in\-person days**, **2 remote days** * Work in a growing, forward\-thinking company disrupting an old\-school industry * Creative freedom \+ ownership of major marketing systems * Stable, long\-term opportunity with room to build a department Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Pay: From $1,200\.00 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ontario, CA 91762
