Memorial Delivery and Setting

**Position Summary:**

The Memorial Setting Team Member plays a vital role in honoring families by safely and respectfully installing memorials in cemeteries and memorial parks. This position requires experience with truck driving and crane operation, strong attention to detail, and a flexible, team\-oriented mindset. Team members must work with care, professionalism, and respect in meaningful and often sensitive environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Safely drive company trucks to and from job sites
* Operate cranes and setting equipment to place monuments and memorials accurately
* Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines at all times
* Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Maintain good relationships with cemetery employees
* Communicate effectively with customers, team members and supervisors
* Represent the company professionally while working in cemeteries and around families
* Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in good working condition
* Assist with general labor and setup tasks as needed

**Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* CDL\- B certification
* Experience driving trucks and operating cranes or heavy equipment
* Strong awareness of safety practices and job\-site responsibility
* Performing physical labor and working on uneven ground (lift, push, pull minimum 75lbs)
* Dependable, punctual, and detail\-oriented
* Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and job requirements
* Basic mathematics and critical thinking skills
* Minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED)

**Preferred Experience:**

* Previous experience in monument setting, construction, or similar outdoor labor
* Crane certification or formal equipment training
* Experience working in a memorial, cemetery, or service\-oriented environment
* Experience with taking steady, clear photos for social media use and customer communication
* Forklift experience
