**Memorial Design, Sales and Order Processing Manager**
(Full\-Time)
Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable, task\-oriented Customer Relations, Sales and Order Management professional for a small, specialized, family\-owned business. The position will require working directly with Executives, other employees, customers and vendors on a daily basis. Responsible for performing a number of administrative duties as well as work with customers in person, over the phone, and through online communication. The ideal candidate is highly self\-motivated and professional, capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast\-paced business environment. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes $55,000 \- $75,000 base salary depending on abilities and experience with up to 4% 401k match, opportunity for bonuses, 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), and six paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day). This is a full time, on site position and you must be available to work 2 Saturdays a month for 5 hours each day. Health, Dental and Vision insurance is available
**Skills and Requirements:**
* Minimum of 4\+ years of experience in administration, customer relation preferred reporting directly to senior management
* Exceptional Computer skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm\-specific programs and software as needed including Salesforce, Google Workspace, Etc.
* Proficiency in collaboration and communication
* Strong organizational, project management and problem\-solving skills with the ability to multi\-task
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Friendly and professional demeanor and willingness to speak to grieving families
* Critical Attention to Detail is a must
* Knowledge and experience in Excel, Word, \& PowerPoint, Adobe. Google Workspace Experience a plus with Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Etc. This position requires working on a Mac computer.
* Artistic and Design qualities are a plus. Opportunities to work with CAD design software
* Knowledge of basic math and retail math principles
* Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
* Strong sales skills for both in\-store and outside sales
* Capability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
* Down to Earth, Drama Free, Logical and Well\-Rounded with the ability to stay professional in the workplace
* Innovative thinking
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
* Guiding customers through the sales and design process
* Fulfill orders in a timely manner by coordinating purchasing through various vendors domestically and internationally
* Maintain company targeted sales goals and stay within budget
* Interface with area cemeteries to coordinate work, confirm client information, etc.
* Assist with office marketing efforts including some networking and account relationships
* Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners
* Schedule meetings and appointments
* Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fund\-raising events and staff appreciation events if applicable
* Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
* Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
* Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
* Fill out necessary forms for daily orders to keep the order process moving efficiently
* Data Entry duties in spreadsheets and Salesforce
* Keep the office tidy, clean and organized.
* Maintain the appropriate office supplies to ensure smooth running of departments
* Communicate with vendors \& business partners
