MEMORIAL PLANNING SPECIALIST

**Job Summary** We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Memorial Planning Specialist to lead and coordinate memorial planning projects with compassion, precision, and creativity. In this role, you will collaborate with families and vendors to create meaningful memorial services that honor loved ones. Your expertise in design and project management will ensure each memorial project is executed seamlessly from conception to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact by creating respectful and inspiring memorials that resonate with families. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate closely with families to understand their vision and preferences for memorials * Utilize design software to create detailed drawings of memorials * Coordinate with cemetery personnel to ensure seamless service execution * Inform clients on service offerings, pricing, and memorialization choices * Maintain accurate and confidential records of all planning documents and client communications * Provide support and follow\-up to families before, during, and after services rendered. * Stay informed as to cemetery requirements related to monument rules and regulations. * Any other work related /housekeeping duties. * Assist in drafting contracts and receipts * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Pay: $10\.50 \- $11\.50 per hour Work Location: In person
