* Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required for setup and breakdown of events.
* Assist in funeral directing duties, ensuring that all aspects are handled with care and respect.
* Provide bereavement support to families during their time of need, offering guidance and assistance as necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to plan and execute events effectively, ensuring all details are managed.
* Engage in sales activities related to services offered, helping families make informed decisions.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Skills**

* Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physically demanding tasks.
* Strong interpersonal skills for providing bereavement support and interacting with families compassionately.
* Experience in sales or a willingness to learn sales techniques relevant to the industry.
* Knowledge of funeral directing practices is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
* Event planning skills are a plus, with an emphasis on attention to detail and organization.
