As a supervisor, you will oversee daily activities, manage a team of transport personnel, and uphold the dignity of those we serve while maintaining smooth logistical workflows. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering compassionate service during challenging times and ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines. **Position Overview** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Mortuary Transport Area Team Supervisor** to lead our removal and transport operations in Etowah County (Gadsden). This leadership role is responsible for overseeing first\-call removals and transport services for approximately six funeral homes while managing and supporting a team of 10–12 Removal Technicians. The ideal candidate is ethical, dependable, hands\-on, and experienced in the mortuary transport or funeral service profession, with a strong background in removals and team leadership.
