Mortuary Transport

Inland Mortuary Services, LLC contracts with Funeral Homes and other agencies to provide removal of deceased persons from place of death and transport them to appropriate facilities. The right candidate for this role is professional, compassionate, responsible, and able to reasonably lift high amounts of weight given the proper tools.

Our clients expect us to appear modest and clean-cut. The required attire is a button-up shirt, slacks, and dress shoes for men and business casual (blouse and slacks) with flat, closed-toed shoes for ladies.

This role requires a dependable form of transportation and a cell phone with texting and gps functions. Living within 10 miles of Spokane is important. This position requires a person to be on call and be able to respond quickly. This job often requires many hours of driving. The schedule can be altered to fit your availability, however we currently need someone willing to be on call 24/7.

This job offers as much or as little work as you need. Workers are needed to begin immediately. Must be able to pass background check and have a fairly clean driving record (minor infractions OK).

Please understand this job can be physically demanding as it requires you to move human remains from place of death to a gurney and into a vehicle.

Indeed would not let me select a per call pay amount, but local calls are $35 flat rate after training and long-distance calls are $0.35 per loaded mile after 25 miles (on top of the flat rate)
