**Role:**
Medical Transportation Driver
**Responsibilities:**
Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments, operate personal or company vehicles, follow app-based routes, assist passengers - including those with mobility needs, conduct vehicle safety checks, secure riders, maintain trip records on digital platforms, and collaborate with dispatch and support teams.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
Ability to operate a vehicle safely, excellent customer service skills, awareness of safety and HIPAA regulations, and proficiency with digital trip logging. The role demands courteous and punctual service, with a focus on improving access to healthcare for passengers.
