**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Accounting Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be helping with vital accounting and administrative tasks within the Company, ensuring our location management runs smoothly while maintaining exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will provide valuable help to our clients, families, and employees alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while supporting various office functions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
**Responsibilities**:
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and other office software.
* Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and meetings with excellent organizational skills.
* Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and basic financial record keeping.
* Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks to track expenses and invoices. This includes processing invoices, payments, and expenses in QuickBooks.
* Assist with Bank and Credit Card reconciliation.
* Assist with Human Resources and payroll related projects.
* Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
* Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in office administration or similar clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and QuickBooks Desktop.
* Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multi\-line phone systems confidently and professionally.
* Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
* Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
* Demonstrated customer service expertise with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
