Office Assistant

We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office operations.

\*Responsibilities\*

\- Serve as a front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and answering phone calls

\- Utilize computer skills to create and maintain electronic documents

\- Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence

\- Provide support to cemetery staff answering questions, creating work orders, following up on customer requests.

\*Qualifications\*

\- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role

\- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications

\- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

\- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

\- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

\- Prior cemetery or funeral home experience is helpful, including sales.
