Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our office. This role requires computer literacy, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional service to our clients.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Manage front desk operations, greeting funeral directors and answering phone calls.
* Taking burial and cremation orders
* Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
* Assist with customer service inquiries, providing information and support as needed.
* Support cemetery reception duties, including scheduling appointments and managing records.
* Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve office processes.
**Experience**
* Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
* Familiarity with data entry processes and office management software.
* Experience as a receptionist is a plus.

* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail are required.
