Office Support Specialist

This position provides steady hours from 8:00am\-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. **Job Duties:** There are 18 staff members at Andreason's. Developing a positive rapport with each staff member is key to working here. Everyone is helpful and we expect that you will reciprocate that goodwill offering your assistance when you see the need. The job duties are: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. Schedule arrangement meetings. Process incoming and outgoing paperwork according to procedural guidelines. Work in tandem with our two front desk staff members. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. Able to handle fillable pdf files.
