Job Description
**Job Overview**
Whitney \& Murphy Funeral Homes is accepting resumes for a part\-time administrative assistant for our Phoenix Cremation Society location. This position will deal directly with families that have suffered a loss and help guide them through the process. You must be caring and empathetic and be sensitive to speaking with those client families.
Responsibilities include Manage incoming phone calls; Manage incoming emails; Prepare, compose and type documents, Data entry, Provide clerical support to funeral directors; Set up and maintain files and records; Perform other related duties as required.
Skills: Must be personable and have an excellent demeanor; must have strong customer service skills; Superior organization skills and the ability to multitask; excellent interpersonal written and verbal skills; Strong attention to detail.
All training will be provided.
Proficient in MS Office\- Word, Outlook
Education: Minimum of GED or High School diploma
Pay Rate: $20 per Hour
