This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands\-on work, values attention to detail, and wants to contribute to creating welcoming outdoor environments. **Duties** * Maintain garden beds by weeding, pruning shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching to keep landscapes attractive. * Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners efficiently and safely. * Use power tools like hedge trimmers and blowers. * Assist with irrigation system checks and adjustments to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. * Conduct landscape maintenance activities including planting new greenery and replacing damaged plants or features. * Support general groundskeeping tasks such as trash removal, soil preparation, and minor repairs to landscape features. **Experience** * Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is required. * Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care and soil management is a plus. * Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely is essential. * Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently. * Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces in excellent condition. * Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed.
