Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Care

**Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible Hours**

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered care while working in a supportive, positive environment that values teamwork, flexibility, and work–life balance. The position can be part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling to meet both patient and staff needs.

Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with individualized care plans
* Assess patient needs, monitor symptoms, and administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team, including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides
* Educate patients and families on care plans, symptom management, and disease progression
* Offer emotional support and compassionate guidance to patients and their loved ones
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
* Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled (flexible and shared)

Qualifications

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
* Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
* Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
