As a Patient Safety Sitter, you'll help protect patients who require continuous observation, providing reassurance, support, and safety during vulnerable moments of care.

**What You'll Do**

Provide continuous observation of assigned patients

Monitor patient safety and behavior

Report concerns immediately to nursing staff

Assist in maintaining a safe patient environment

Support patient comfort and emotional well-being

Document observations according to policy

Follow patient safety and monitoring procedures

Collaborate with nurses and care teams

Assist with non-clinical patient support activities

Promote dignity, respect, and compassionate care

**Required Qualifications**

Strong observation skills

Effective communication abilities

Ability to remain attentive for extended periods

Commitment to patient safety

Professional and compassionate demeanor

**Preferred Qualities**

Healthcare experience

CNA or healthcare support background

Strong interpersonal skills

Calm and patient-focused approach
