We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre\-Planning Advisor to join our team at Rose Hills Memorial Park \& Mortuary and play a pivotal role in shaping successful project outcomes. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for coordinating pre\-construction planning activities, engaging with clients, and ensuring all project prerequisites are meticulously organized before execution. Your expertise will help streamline processes, foster strong relationships, and set the stage for seamless project delivery. **Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to gather project requirements and develop comprehensive pre\-planning strategies.
* Conduct detailed analysis of project plans, specifications, and budgets to identify potential risks or opportunities early in the process.
* Coordinate with sales teams to support outside sales efforts by providing technical insights and facilitating client negotiations.
* Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, scheduling, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely progress.
* Assist in marketing initiatives by preparing presentations and proposals that clearly communicate project benefits and timelines.
* Support benefits administration related to project teams by ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
* Maintain excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across multilingual teams and diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the planning phase.
**Experience**
* Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and customer engagement abilities.
* Background in sales administration or marketing with a focus on analysis skills to interpret data and optimize planning processes.
* Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to facilitate communication with diverse clients and team members.
* Expanding Asian market\-Looking for bilingual in Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Tagalog, and any other Asian language is a plus.
* Familiarity with insurance sales or benefits administration can be an asset for understanding client needs and compliance standards.
* Excellent communication skills are essential for building relationships, conducting telemarketing outreach, and delivering compelling presentations.
* Experience working within HIPAA regulations or other industry\-specific compliance standards is advantageous for maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
* A proactive approach with strong customer service orientation, combined with the ability to analyze complex information efficiently, will ensure success in this role.
