PRN Hospice Chaplain

Your presence will help foster peace, hope, and resilience during some of life’s most challenging moments. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide spiritual assessment and ongoing spiritual care to hospice patients and families * Offer counseling, prayer, and support based on patient/family preferences and beliefs * Support patients and families through grief, loss, and end\-of\-life transitions * Participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and contribute to care planning * Coordinate with community clergy and spiritual resources as appropriate * Document visits and care provided in compliance with hospice regulations * Assist with bereavement support as needed **Qualifications** * Ordained, commissioned, or endorsed by a recognized religious or spiritual organization (preferred) * Minimum of 1 year of chaplaincy experience in healthcare, hospice, or related setting preferred * Completion of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units preferred * Ability to provide interfaith, non\-denominational spiritual support * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license This PRN Hospice Chaplain position offers an enriching opportunity to serve others with empathy, professionalism, and dedication.
