Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, light proofreading and managing the front desk. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and strong customer service orientation. A successful Receptionist will be organized, detail\-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: * Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office. * Answer incoming calls and provide basic information about the company. * Schedule appointments and manage calendars. * Maintain office supplies and order new items when necessary. * Take messages and relay them to the appropriate person * Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Pay: $15\.00 \- $17\.00 per hour Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
