Receptionists perform a variety of tasks to support the organization and create a positive first impression: * **Greeting and assisting visitors**: Welcome guests, and client families and direct them to the appropriate person. * **Communications**: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls. * **Office organization**: Keep the office and funeral home tidy. * **Customer service**: Address client questions , provide refreshments, and ensure a welcoming environment.
