The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) is fundamental in achieving recognized world-class health care.

**Your Role:**

* Assume direct and indirect responsibility for the patient's care environment.
* The primary responsibility is to provide care through collaboration with health care team members and the autonomous application of the nursing process.
* Provide leadership, mentoring and role modeling for other members of the health care team.
* Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination and delegation of care in a safe, secure and clean environment.
* Care provided displays respect for the patient’s rights, dignity, values, confidentiality and expressed needs.
* Be adaptable, using evidenced based practice and information technologies while maintaining focus on providing comfort, relieving pain and alleviating anxiety.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:

**Required Education:**

* Associates Degree in Nursing

**Preferred Education:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

**Required Experience:**

* 3 years of Emergency Nursing

**Preferred Experience:**

* Trauma Experience

**Required Certification/License/Registry:**

* Current license to practice as an RN in Florida
* Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA) and/or other specialized life support requirements designated by work area.
* PALS, ACLS, ENPC, TNCC
* Epic experience preferred
