Secretary/Receptionist

**Job Overview**

Todd Memorial Chapel is family owned and operated funeral home serving families for nearly 120 years. We are seeking a secretary/receptionist to assist us with serving families in their time of need.

**Responsibilities**

* Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone who enters the office
* Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately and courteously
* Assist other secreteries and directors with various tasks (printed materials, scheduling, etc.)

**Experience**

* Minimum of 3 years clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle client inquiries professionally
* Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
* Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
* Funeral industry experence is a plus, but not required.
* Salary is negotiable.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
