Shipping Coordinator

**Duties:** Consist of, but are not limited to: a) Work with 1\-2 people coordinating the shipment of products b) Familiar with Computer Systems, and shipping methods. c) Handles Freight Quotes for Domestic and International Shipments. d) Calculates Shipping Charges for Ground, NDA and LTL Shipments. e) Converts Sales Quotes to Sales Orders. f) Invoices Daily Orders / Hand Delivers Invoices to Accounting Department. g) Handles Credit Card Transactions for Orders. h) Creates Bill of Ladings, Packing Slips, Warranty \& International Documents. i) Keeps Records of all Back Orders, Call Tags and Big Items. j) Keeps Records of Machines \& Coolers Shipped. k) Assists Customers with tracking shipments and call\-tags. l) Continually shops Carriers / Vendors for best quality service and pricing. m) Filing and following\-up on damage claims with carriers. !!Please come in person M\-F 8am\-5pm to apply at 7205 114th Ave. Largo, FL 33773!!
