Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care* **Education:** MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education * **Licensure:** Current state license as a social worker * **Experience:** 2\+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice * **Required:** Reliable transportation.
