Switchboard/PBX Operator

**PBX/Switchboard Operator** The PBX/Switchboard Operator will be responsible for operating the switchboard; answering incoming calls and assisting our funeral families. Core Duties \& Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate staff member. * Greet phone customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate staff member. Requirements: * Regular and reliable attendance. * Advanced verbal communication skills and high level of professionalism. * Able to work in a fast\-paced environment with a great level of customer service. * Able to work in a team environment. * Able to work with little to no supervision. * Detail oriented and able to take direction well. * Good computer skills and previous office experience.
