Job Description
**Role:**
Medical Transportation Driver
**Responsibilities:**
Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments, operate personal or company vehicles, follow app-based routes, assist passengers - including those with mobility needs - and conduct vehicle safety checks.
**Key Duties:**
Secure riders, maintain trip records in digital platform, adhere to HIPAA and safety regulations, collaborate with dispatch and support teams, and deliver courteous, on-time service to enhance access to care.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
Strong driving skills, excellent customer service, ability to follow routes and safety protocols, and effective communication. Prior experience in transportation or healthcare support is preferred.
