**Administrative Volunteer with Harmony Hospice\- Youngstown, Ohio** **Our primary goal is to make sure that the end\-of\-life experience is as comfortable and peaceful as possible. Beyond alleviating pain and symptoms, we emphasize emotional health and a harmonious mindset. Likewise, we address the spiritual and social needs of family members both during and after the end\-of\-life period. Our Harmony Volunteers are an essential part of that mission, providing support in a variety of ways.** Our Administrative Volunteers provide clerical support in our Youngstown offices. Volunteer activities available.... * Filing * Data entry * Making packets for hospice patients * Answering phones * Mailing bereavement literature to hospice families * Organizing hospice supplies * Calling patients and families * And so much more! **Qualifications** * Availability of time and skills that pertain to the volunteer activity * Maintain confidentiality * Ability to work independently and take directions well **Time commitment** * Must be able to volunteer at the times of your choosing between the office hours of 8:30am \- 4:30pm Monday through Friday
