Veterinary Clinic Partnerships Representative

EverRest is a new Houston pet aftercare and cremation company built around one idea: every pet deserves a gentle goodbye, and every family deserves to be treated with care. We work directly with veterinary clinics, emergency hospitals, and in-home euthanasia vets to provide compassionate, reliable, and transparent aftercare. That means fast pickup, photo updates at every step, and ashes returned on time.

**About the role**
We're looking for someone who already knows the Houston veterinary community. You'll introduce our services to clinics, build relationships with practice managers and veterinarians, and help clinics start using us. This is a relationship role, not a cold-calling job. We want someone vet teams already trust.

**What you'll do**

* Visit veterinary clinics, ERs, and specialty hospitals across Houston to introduce our aftercare services
* Build relationships with practice managers, veterinarians, and technicians
* Deliver our clinic welcome kits and follow up to set up trial partnerships
* Help organize staff lunches and continuing-education events for clinic teams
* Track outreach, follow-ups, and signed partnerships in a simple spreadsheet or CRM
* Share feedback from clinics so we can keep improving our service

**What we're looking for**

* 2+ years of experience in the veterinary field: vet tech, practice manager, receptionist, relief staff, or animal health sales
* An existing network of contacts at Houston-area clinics (strongly preferred)
* A warm, professional, and compassionate way with people, especially around a sensitive topic like pet loss
* Self-motivated and organized; comfortable working independently
* Valid Texas driver's license and a reliable vehicle; mileage reimbursed at [rate]
* Free to work without restrictions from prior employment agreements, such as non-solicitation clauses

**Nice to have**

* Experience in animal health sales, veterinary distribution, or practice management
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Experience with pet loss, grief support, or hospice care

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week

Experience:

* Veterinary clinic: 3 years (Required)
* Veterinary technician: 3 years (Preferred)
* Veterinary practice management: 2 years (Preferred)
