**Position Overview**
We’re seeking a Client Services Specialist with experience in the funeral and cremation industries to serve as the essential bridge between LoveUrns® and our professional partners. This role involves managing order processing and client communications with funeral professionals \- ensuring every order is handled with precision, compassion, and speed.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and process orders from funeral homes and crematoriums accurately and with urgency
* Understand the specific needs and workflows of our partners to provide attentive, customized service
* Coordinate engraving approvals and special requests in collaboration with internal departments and clients
* Monitor inventory and product availability to meet urgent and scheduled order demands
* Use internal communication tools to maintain smooth coordination across teams for seamless order fulfillment
* Keep detailed records within our CRM system and provide transparent order updates to partners
* Proactively identify and resolve order issues to uphold timely delivery and client satisfaction
**Qualifications**
* Experience working with funeral homes and/or pet crematoriums is highly preferred
* Proven expertise in managing B2B order processes and building relationships with death care industry professionals.
* Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms such as NetSuite
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast\-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Comfortable collaborating across departments using communication platforms like Slack

Pay: $44,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per year
