Coastal Cremations & Funeral Care Office Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Office Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families and clients, providing them with support and assistance during a difficult time. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting customers, and meeting with families alongside a licensed Funeral Director to discuss their needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities: \-Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy. \-Greet families and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. \-Collaborate with licensed funeral directors to meet with families and assist in planning services. \-Input and maintain accurate information in our database regarding services, arrangements, and case details. \-Communicate effectively with other company locations to ensure seamless service and coordination. \-Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies. \-Participate in rotating weekend duties as required. Qualifications: \-Strong interpersonal and communication skills. \-Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. \-Proficient in office software and database management. \-Previous experience in a clerical setting or similar environment is preferred but not required. \-Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 9AM to 4PM, with rotating weekends.
