Crematory Operator/Building Services Associate

Duties: * \- Operate crematory * \- Keep crematory clean and in ready to go order * \- Wash and maintain fleet of vehicles * \- Keep exterior of building and ground clean * \- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas \- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting \- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly \- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed \- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as directed * Qualifications: * Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred\- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment * **Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions** * Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required * Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks * Must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. * **Must have a crematory operator's license or be willing to obtain license** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $22\.00 \- $24\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Why are you the best candidate for this position?
