We take pride in our strong team culture, experience, and commitment to excellence. **Position Summary** We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Funeral Director to join our team. This full\-time role involves working closely with families and managing all aspects of funeral service. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage all aspects of funeral services from first call through final disposition * Support and guide families during arrangements, visitations, and services * Perform removals and transfers with professionalism and care * Complete and process all required documentation and legal paperwork * Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania funeral laws and regulations * Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and team members * Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment * Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn all administrative responsibilities, including memorialization. **Qualifications** * Active Pennsylvania Funeral Director License (Required) * Valid Driver’s License (Required) * Minimum of 1 year of funeral directing experience preferred * Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania funeral laws and regulations * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and database software * Ability to manage multiple cases and responsibilities simultaneously * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Professional, compassionate, and detail\-oriented demeanor **Schedule** * Full\-time position * 8\-hour shifts * Rotating weekday and weekend schedule with consistent time off **Compensation \& Benefits** * Paid time off * Retirement plan (Simply IRA) * Company\-paid professional licensing and continuing education * Company\-provided cell phone * Compensation commensurate with experience * Healthcare subsidy provided Interested parties please send information to [email protected].
