We settle for nothing but the best. **What You’ll Do** As a Funeral Director, you’ll be the steady, compassionate presence families turn to. You’ll walk them through arrangements, make sure every detail is handled, and help create services that align with the family’s needs. Day\-to\-day, you’ll: * Meet with families to plan meaningful arrangements for both at\-need and pre\-need customers. * Coordinate with clergy, cemeteries, veterans’ organizations, and others. * Lead visitations, memorial gatherings, services, and burials with professionalism and care. * Embalm, cosmetize and prepare remains with skill and attention to detail. * Support families with empathy from start to finish. * Help maintain facilities, equipment and vehicles. **What We’re Looking For** * Licensed Funeral Director in the state of Pennsylvania. * A minimum of 2\+ years of funeral service experience. * A natural communicator who can listen and connect with families. * A compassionate, dedicated, organized and detail\-oriented individual. * Teamwork mentality. **What We Offer** * Competitive pay and benefits package ($45k \- $85k base salary). * Work \& life balance (Scheduled evenings \+ every other weekend off). * 401k with company match. * Health insurance available depending on individual needs. * A supportive, team\-first, unmatched culture. * The chance to do meaningful work every single day. **How to Apply** If you’re a dedicated, compassionate, professional, and ready to help families when they need it most, we’d love to hear from you.
