Funeral Arranger / Removal Technician / Crematory Operator

**Overview** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Funeral Director Or Arrangement Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate industrial and crematory equipment, ensuring that all aspects of the funeral process are handled with care and professionalism. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service to grieving families while managing the logistical elements of funeral services. **Duties** * Oversee all aspects of funeral services, including preparation, setup, and execution. * Coordinate with families to arrange personalized services that honor the deceased. * Manage the transportation of remains and ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Operate and maintain industrial and equipment used in the preparation and handling of remains. * Perform heavy lifting as necessary when handling caskets and other funeral equipment. * Provide support to grieving families, offering guidance and assistance throughout the process. * Maintain a clean and respectful environment within the funeral home. * Working Funeral Services And Or After Hour Rosaries. * **Prepare legal documents and permits (death certificates, disposition permits, etc.)** * Coordinate funeral, memorial, and graveside services **Requirements** * Proven experience in funeral directing or a related field is preferred not required. * Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various types of industrial equipment effectively. * Ability to perform heavy lifting, ensuring safety and compliance during all activities. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor when interacting with families. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently. * A valid Funeral Director license or Arrangement Counselor certification may be required.
