Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities * On\-the\-job training Duties: \- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of funeral services, including planning, organizing, and directing funeral ceremonies \- Meet with clients to discuss funeral arrangements, including choice of service, casket, and burial or cremation options \- Arrange transportation of the deceased to the funeral home and final resting place \- Assist families in completing necessary paperwork and obtaining required permits \- Coordinate with clergy, cemetery personnel, and other service providers to ensure smooth execution of funeral services Skills: \- Strong organizational and event planning skills \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with grieving families \- Attention to detail in handling legal paperwork and documentation \- Ability to perform heavy lifting (e.g., caskets) \- Sales skills to offer additional products or services Requirements: Mortuary Science Degree National Boards Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
