Funeral Director/Embalmer

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** **Job description** Great opportunity to join our growing team and be a part of a company that helps people during one of the most difficult times of their lives. We are a funeral home consolidator that owns and operates approximately 100 funeral homes across the United States. We are looking for a compassionate, professional Funeral Director: * Active and In Good Standing Funeral Directing and Embalming License with the state * Arrange and conduct funeral and memorial ceremonies in a professional, organized, and caring manner * Care for the deceased respectfully while performing a variety of tasks, which include removals and transfers; embalming; dressing; cosmetizing; and casketing. Strong Embalming skills required. * Arrange for and oversee interment or cremation of human remains * Prepare necessary legal paperwork, including contracts, authorizations, death certificates and transit permits * Assist families wishing to pre\-arrange or pre\-fund funeral arrangements * Good understanding of computers and standard software including, MS Word, MS Excel, and Electronic Death Registry System * Ability to serve and maintain several families in a given time period * Excellent communication skills * Detail oriented * High level of empathy and compassion * Ability to work weekends and evenings according to schedule * Clean driving record Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * West Bend, WI 53095 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * West Bend, WI 53095: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
