The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail\-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. **Duties** * Coordinate and manage funeral arrangements from initial consultation through service delivery, ensuring all client needs are met with compassion and professionalism * Prepare bodies for viewing and disposition, including cosmetology, dissection when necessary, and adherence to sanitation standards * Provide bereavement support to families, offering guidance and emotional comfort throughout the funeral planning process * Oversee the logistics of funeral events, including scheduling, transportation, and setup to ensure seamless execution * Conduct sales activities related to funeral merchandise and services while maintaining a respectful approach * Assist with heavy lifting of caskets or equipment as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times * Maintain detailed records of all services provided, including documentation related to anatomy or dissection procedures when applicable **Qualifications** * Valid license as a Funeral Director with appropriate state certification; experience in funeral directing is essential * Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist with body preparation and dissection procedures when needed * Proven ability to provide empathetic bereavement support and excellent customer service skills * Experience in event planning to coordinate funeral services efficiently * Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to mortuary operations and cosmetology techniques for body preparation * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety guidelines * Sales experience within a service\-oriented environment is preferred but not required Join our team and help us deliver respectful, heartfelt services that honor lives while supporting families through their grieving process.
