Responsibilities * Meet with families to arrange funeral, memorial, and cremation services * Guide families through all service options with compassion and professionalism * Coordinate and oversee funeral services, visitations, and graveside services * Prepare and complete all required legal documents and permits * Work collaboratively with clergy, cemeteries, crematories, and vendors * Ensure services are executed smoothly and to the highest standards * Participate in on\-call rotations as needed * Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations * Support a positive, team\-oriented workplace culture Qualifications * Current Funeral Director license in \[State] * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance and demeanor * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure * Experience with funeral arrangement conferences preferred * Proficiency with funeral home software is a plus Why Join Us?
