We are seeking a caring and detail\-oriented licensed Funeral Director to assist families with making cremation arrangements. **Position Summary** The Licensed Funeral Director will be responsible primarily for meeting with families, guiding them through the arrangement process, gathering necessary information, and ensuring that each family receives exceptional care and attention. This position focuses on family interaction and service (no embalming, preparation work, or administrative filing of death certificates). **Responsibilities** * Meet with families to discuss cremation arrangements * Guide families through available service and merchandise options * Gather and accurately document arrangement information * Complete arrangement paperwork and contracts * Provide compassionate support and clear communication throughout the arrangement process * Coordinate family wishes with internal staff to ensure services are carried out accurately * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times * Follow all applicable funeral service regulations and company policies **Qualifications** * Current Funeral Director license in the state of Florida * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Compassionate, professional, and service\-oriented demeanor * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively with grieving families * Computer proficiency and ability to complete documentation accurately * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience conducting cremation arrangement conferences * trong customer service background **What We Offer** * Flexible part\-time schedule * Supportive and professional work environment * Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families * Competitive compensation based on experience If you are a compassionate professional who excels at helping families navigate difficult decisions with care and empathy, we encourage you to apply.
