Licensed Funeral Director

Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Funeral Director to join our team. The Funeral Director will be responsible for coordinating and directing funeral services, supporting families during their time of loss, and ensuring all aspects of the funeral process are handled with professionalism and care. Duties: \- Meet with families to discuss funeral arrangements and assist in decision\-making \- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the funeral service, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics \- Provide bereavement support to families before, during, and after the funeral \- Oversee funeral services to ensure they run smoothly and according to the family's wishes \- Handle paperwork and legal requirements related to the deceased \- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the funeral home facilities Qualifications: \- Previous experience in funeral directing or a related field is preferred \- Strong customer service skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor \- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands associated with the role \- Event planning expertise for organizing funeral ceremonies This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide comfort and support to grieving families while upholding the highest standards of professionalism in funeral services.
