Your dedication will help us uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and empathy in every aspect of this meaningful work. **Responsibilities** * Operate industrial pet cremation equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of remains with respect and care * Perform heavy lifting of pet remains and related materials, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury * Maintain detailed records of cremation processes, including documentation of each pet’s identification and cremation details * Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of crematory machinery and industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance * Prepare and package remains for delivery, ensuring accuracy and respectful presentation * Safely deliver pet remains to clients’ homes or designated vet clinic locations, following all traffic laws and safety procedures * Provide compassionate communication with pet owners, offering support and answering questions as appropriate **Skills** * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, demonstrating physical strength lifting pet up to 75 pounds * Strong attention to detail for record keeping, safety checks, and proper handling of remains * Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with clients during sensitive moments This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pet owners while working in a supportive, professional environment.
