Job Summary

We are the leading pet crematory in Las Vegas. We are known for turning grief into giving by rescuing animals with our profits and giving back to the community. We are seeking a dynamic and personable artistic Customer Service/Paw Print Maker professional to join our team! This energetic role is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing essential administrative tasks. We are also looking for someone who can work on company keepsakes and paw prints. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast\-paced office setting. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help foster strong client relationships and support smooth daily operations. This position requires an amazing individual that is respectful and compassionate with deceased pets and their grieving loved ones.

Duties

* Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and compassion, creating a positive first impression
* Manage multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
* Handle front desk responsibilities including check\-in/check\-out procedures and maintaining visitor logs
* Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records
* Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings for staff members
* Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and organizing files
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and resolving issues promptly and courteously
* Create and order company keepsakes like resin keychains, animal ink and clay prints, and fur shaving samples

Qualifications

* Bilingual skills are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
* Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with clerical experience required
* Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace applications, and general computer literacy
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
* Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
* Available weekends and 10a\-6p most days
* Work 20\-30 hours a week, but position could lead to full time
