Pet Cremation Facility - Shift Lead

**Duties**

* Supervise daily cremation processes, ensuring all procedures meet regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
* Execute workflows in accordance with SOPs
* Maintain operational flow and productivity
* Oversee the operation and maintenance of post\-cremation processing equipment, troubleshooting industrial machinery as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
* Maintain detailed records of all cremation activities and regulatory documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Ensure strict adherence to crematory regulations and safety protocols while fostering a respectful environment for staff and clients alike.
* Work closely with Site Supervisor

**Qualifications**

* 1–3 years of operations experience
* Leadership experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Understanding of chain of custody
